I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again….I love photographing this family. I love documenting each stage of their growing family and I love that they understand the importance of it. Rob and Renee are expecting baby #2 and….. It’s a GIRL! Little Gavin is going to be a big brother and he’s excited! Another reason I love photographing these sessions for Renee is the thought she puts into her portraits sessions. She does research to figure out the direction she wants it to go and brings fun props for us to incorporate in the shoot. She always come styled perfectly from head to toe and let’s be real, the girl is just gorgeous. And that belly bump?! Seriously, how cute is she!

We shot this session at a regional park in Brentwood, CA in a nice open field with beautiful trees in the background filtering the gorgeous light coming through that evening. Renee had that perfect maternity glow and the light complimented that glow so well, wrapping itself around her making for some gorgeously soft, dreamy images. We had such a good time capturing these images and I’m so excited for them to bring their new little girl into the world expending their beautiful family. Congratulations Rob, Renee and Gavin!!

Take note mamas to be! Striped dresses photograph beautifully on those growing belly’s. A great outfit choice if you’re trying to decide what to wear.

Love that she brought a picture of her sonogram. A great way to keep a picture of it is to take one with it!
