In one day we managed to get 3 or 4 completely different feeling photo shoots during a super fun shoot out I attended last September. You can see the first part here and I’m still not doing editing each part of the shoot. Thankfully me and this gorgeous red head have become friends and we’re so excited for our next styled shoot together. She is one of the most fun and professional models so PHOTOGRAPHERS take note! If you need someone for a shoot, she’s amazing!

So this was actually the very last part of the day. I snagged her right before I had to leave and took her out to this open field which felt like being in the Nevada desert (my favorite place to shoot) but it was just our beautiful brown Livermore Hills, which I always thought were so ugly but turns out they are pretty amazing, and actually served as this gorgeous blank canvas background that I loved because then I could just focus on her. I love simplicity when I shoot. I don’t want a million props, I just want emotion, a connection and a little wind never hurt anyone. Since it was the end of the day she let me tousle her beautiful red locks and get it all messy and big. We whipped her hair around and let it just do it’s thing. She should really be a hair model too, I mean I just can’t even over this girls hair. It’s crazy amazing.

So I won’t lie. I freaking love this shoot. Top 5 favorites for sure. I love that we could just play and be creative, I love directing, I love it when models trust me and I love it when they do exactly what I’m envisioning for them in my head but can’t explain it properly and this doll did just that. Molly, I’m so glad we met. I adore you and I can’t wait for our next random, creative adventure together. Soon!!
